Email on Time 10 Time with Google Custom Time

Just read through Digg that Google has introduced Google Custom Time Email option , i.e. I can set the email date back way back to 1st April 2004 ,no more late emails , proposals are always on time , did I forgot to email you , no check your inbox will be common .

but alas they only let people try it 10 times a year reasoning " Our researchers have concluded that allowing each person more than ten pre-dated emails per year would cause people to lose faith in the accuracy of time, thus rendering the feature useless. "

and all of it boils down to another 1st April prank from Google
