Just when I thought I can be Hot around the world I read my dream will never be possible in Russia cause the Government there wants no more Hot Spots for the masses .
The Russian Mass Media, Communications and Cultural Protection Service Aka Rossvyazokhrankultura , now wants all Wifi hot Spots to be registered even any device capable of accessing WIFI has to be registered so no more N and E's , Centrinos , Atoms , PSP , Ds Lite and what not for Russia they can stay happy with their Dior Phones and Rummage preventing accessories .
Not so Hottingly over Russia
