Nokia is on the roll another Touch Screen

Touch One , Touch Two , Touch 3 , Touch 4 it’s a Home Run for Nokia .

After 5800Express Music , N97  , Etiri ( Nokia still say it’s a concept ) comes another screen shot from Nokia Capital Markets Presentation this time Nokia cannot claim for it to be only concept .

It has a Form Factor of an iPhone , looks of Samsung Omnia and here the similarities end and Impressiveness Begins

Featuring ( as mentioned on Slide with my thoughts)

Dynamic Tiles  :  same like Widgets , could have the ability to show mutiple widgets on one screen due to larger screen size

FimStrip Views of Data :  scrolling data maybe also show the complete document hierarchy like in GMAIL

Content Stream :  RSS  , Audio and Video  Podcasts . Could also be used for outgoing Streams like that of QIK and FM Transmitters

Shake and Wake Address book ( People as Set Point) :  Could be like , Proximity Sensors as on Etiri ,  Interactive PTT  or an advance form of Nokia Friend View ( People as set point )  find some one near you and it shakes them or you making aware of their presence , a better model will also point out the direction they are standing in along with distance a valuable tool in Concerts and crowded areas could be possible with integrated Compass of Etiri . 

Lenses :  an awesome Camera what else , highlighting it could it be 8 MP or a 5 Mp as of Etiri with Dual LED Flash ,  Nokia we want Xenon

Top Down as Valuable Interaction Model :  Pressure Sensitive Touch UI with tactile feedback and gestures of Etiri

 

Again it all points to Etiri RM-453  Symbian Version 5.0.1

Expected launch Week 17 ‘2009  almost end of April right after Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February
