Day 1 – NYC - Madame Tassauds NYC and the evening at NY

Madame Tassauds NYC is not as big as the one in London , neither it had the figures we wanted to see at Shahrukh Khan etc but it does have all the popular Hollywood stars . We started from the top floor and the first thing we saw was a flying high Rupaul ( A drag talk show host big at one time ) with Jennifer Lopez standing right in front , with her famous ass ets , I got my pic taken with her , my kids were fascinated by the place espeically the 9/11 memorial to FDNY and my son insitited on taking pics there , he’s a big fire fighters fan , later got pics takenw ith Lady Diana , Fiedel Castro , even Bill Gates and Einstein , Zohra my youngest loves the Spice Girls , Nsync and American Idol set , Taha got scared of the Dracula and Mummy but enjoyed standing with Tom Arnold the golfer , we boxed with Mohammad Ali and played ball with the Yankees , kept the kids away from Micheal Jackson . It was a meet the celebrities dream come true . Later when we walked out , I got us 48 hours ticket of City Sights Newyork , a hop on hop off bus tour with extra night tours and left for the bus stop .
The night tour was beautiful , our driver and guide took us around the city from Broadway to Brooklyn , in between showed us the SOHO ( not small office, home office but South of Houston Street) the fashion district , Nyc piublic library , the slim buiilding , battery park , a glimpse o Lady Liberty , and a fleeing glimpse of ground zero , Waterfalls of New York , the pumped water of the Hudson river is flowed down like waterfall at 7 – 8 places and ofcourse Mahattan skylien from Brooklyn , it was all beautiful and with kids sleeping in the bus , we reached our hotel at 10 pm tierd enough to skip dinner and sleep .
